Ann E. Brown Born March 26th 1969 in Bronxville N.Y. Daughter of
Arthur J. Frazee and Susan L. Frazee now known as Susan L. Rinck with
an older brother John A. Frazee. I grew up in LaGrange where I
attended Overlook Grade school, Arlington Central School district and
a I am a Graduate from Dutchess Community college with an AAS degree.
I also attended Wilkes University in Wilkes Barre PA. For a Bachelors
degree in Psychology with a minor in K-6 Education.....Worked with my
Father Arthur J. Frazee while growing up in Lagrange at the awesome
Store Called "Hobby House". Helped run and manage the
Family owned Business.
Went on to Work for H.G. Page after returning from college as a
part time gig and learned about Building Materials from very willing
to teach veterans in the business. My thanks to Bob Rossler
(Past Manager),Sam Portuese( Expert Mason),Gary Brown (Millwork
Manager) Henry, Bill and the belated and beloved John Page (The
owners) and their sons who helped me along the way.
There I learned the building profession and building
materials business and later moving on to learn more about the
specific field of Millwork. After 8 yrs of full time work at H.G.Page
I Moved up North and went to Work for a Northeast Division Distributor
for Millwork products at Brockway -Smith in Coxsackie NY. There I
headed the quote dept. for specialty Millwork including Andersen
Windows and other special order window accessories as well as special
building products, Stairs, Interior & Exterior Doors, and Moldings of
various types....Also Specialized in Fireplace mantles.
I was also delighted to be able to travel around with a
wonderful work partner and friend Vince Padula who was my partner in
crime while teaching the Lumberyard Staff how to use the Andersen
Window IQ Computer program.
After Being in this business I decided to relocate back to my
current home town of Pine Plains where I took a position in the Local
Stissing National Bank as a Customer Service Representative. I had
worked for many different banks throughout my College School days and
decided it would be nice to be closer to home.
Well, to say the least, this is when I jumped into Real Estate on
the side... I believe it's more of the people factor then anything
else...I enjoy dealing with people. My experience in the building
trade and product knowledge, combined with my banking experience lead
me in the general direction of Real Estate marketing, sales and
customer service. .......So that's my story in a nut shell.
