Marti Steed, Managing Broker/Owner and

Steed Real Estate Team Member

After being licensed to market and sell real estate for 38 yearsI realize that the most important job I have is making the selling or purchasing experience a relaxed, warm and rewarding one for everyone involved.

Purchasers want to acquaint themselves with the communities and their unique offerings as well as local property values. Our homes or second/weekend homes are where we retreat from the outside world to enjoy friends and family, where we create our ultimate environment of peace and joy; and community involvement helps to complete the country living experience.

A life long border resident of Dutchess County, NY and Litchfield County, Conn.;  I am able to welcome new residents, to acquaint them with the many aspects of life outside of the cities and to introduce them to the local Postmaster, the stores where you can find everything you need and the best fresh pasta or coffee in Town.

Give me a call or send an email to Marti@SteedRealEstate.com; let me help welcome you to the country.

Marti and Ron attended the 100th Anniversary of the New York State Association of Realtors this month in Saratoga Springs. The history of the Realtor Association in New York was explained in a continuously running slide show.  The original membership was 131 while today the membership is nearly 62,000 strong, defending individual owners property rights and offering services to sellers and buyers under a strict code of ethics.

Feeling a little frazzled, we're here for you!
