Roy Steed,                                Licensed Sales Associate

Steed Real Estate Team Member

Roy has been working with Steed Real Estate since May 1st of this year and completed his move to the Millerton area, just in time for the Spring Market.  Roy brings years of sales management experience with him, having recently retired from more than 30 years in electronics production and sales in New Jersey and Rhode Island.

And yes, Roy is Ron's Brother.  Just as Ron and I believe that family is priority #1, Roy shares that same commitment to his own family and to you and your family. I have known Roy  over 37 years, his integrity is unquestionable and he follows through on his promises.  If you are serious about finding the property of your dreams, Roy will take your wishes seriously.

Roy's hobbies are Karaoke singing, cooking, gardening, fishing and looking for that special antique.  Roy is very familiar with the back roads of Dutchess and Columbia Counties as both he and Ron grew up in Poughkeepsie.

Roy has an excellent working knowledge of our inventory as well as that of all surrounding brokers in both counties.  If you have a special need, style, land request; Roy will quickly return quality listings to you for review.

There will be more info on Roy to follow as he completes his own Bio information.  My advice is to take the time to get to know him.  He is a wonderful asset and friendly addition to the Town and the Team at Steed Real Estate.
