Chief Roger Doyle Memorial Scholarship in Criminal Justice ... One award of $200   This scholarship was established by the friends and family of Roger Doyle, Chief of the Village of Rhinebeck Police Force for 26 years. The applicant must be a Dutchess County resident who is a full-time matriculated student with a minimum GPA of 2.75 and who has taken at least two courses in Criminal Justice.
