This two-story old-style home was built in 1870+/- and has
maintained much of its modest historical character. The first
floor consists of an enclosed front porch, large entry foyer with
archways opening to a living room, formal dining room, bath (with
Toilet and stall shower), old-style eat-in-kitchen and enclosed
rear entry porch. Laundry facilities are on the first floor.
Second Floor: Common hall to full bath and 3 bedrooms
(one with walk up attic entry).The Basement is full, electrical
service (circuit breakers in main house – fuses in garage) and
mechanical systems have been updated.
The home is serviced by well and there is a private
septic system which was pumped out in 2001.
A new architectural shingle roof
was installed in 2001 and plywood sheeting was replaced as needed.
The entire exterior of the house
was scraped, primed and painted in 2001.
All interior walls in this home
have been resurfaced and repainted during the past two years.
All wood floors have been sanded,
stained and sealed this year with the exception of the bedroom
floors which will were repainted. Wood floors are throughout
the home.
The downstairs bathroom floor has
been replaced and surfaced with lino tile. There is a new shower
stall which was installed in 2001.
The
front covered porch was enclosed in 2001 and the rear enclosed
porch was rebuilt and enclosed with a new storm door in the same

kitchen is in near original condition with porcelain work sink,
