It's difficult to find homes or apartments for rent in our area because most people prefer to buy.
Owners have security concerns, too, so be prepared to offer good references,
and a security deposit.  In some cases, an apartment for rent may may be located in a property that may come up for sale by the owner, in which case the tenant will be obliged to open their apartment for viewing by prospective purchasers.
