2. Listings on these Multiple Listing Sites place your property on Realtor.Com, an international web site which successfully distributes information on thousands of homes to internet users 24 hours a day.

3.    In addition, the Steed Real Estate marketing plan includes a catered Broker Open House and a somewhat less formal public open house ( if requested by the seller) to increase inventory knowledge among brokers and promote public involvement as well.
