Public open houses are popular in some highly populated areas, but they're not very common in our rural area, partly because of the vast geography, and partly because of security concerns .

Brokers prepare days in advance with email and direct mailings, menu planning, advertising; and rarely are public open houses highly attended in our area, nor do they usually directly result in a sale. More often than not they attract a lot of curious people out for a country drive; and that is a good way to acquaint folks with our area, but not the best way to expose a home to the public.

We do have public open houses on selected properties from time to time,  when requested by the owner.  When we do, we'll post them here.

Brokers have open houses quite often (exclusively for Brokers attendance), but they are usually not open to the public unless advertised that particular way. 

If there is a specific home advertised on this site that you would want to preview, please contact us and we will notify you personally when a Brokers' Open  House is given or arrange a private appointment for you.
