about $7,000 to over $ 65, 000
per acre, depending on location and type of land.
A Board of Health approved ( water, septic ) building lot has a higher value, of course.
Home prices are also strong, and it's difficult but not impossible to find
many good homes under $ 250,000.
This is an active market, and new listings come up suddenly
sometimes.
