Tips For Buyers- Buying a Home.. Page 2
We can provide a CD with photos of the properties you visit.

After you’ve gone out to see a few properties together, he or she will have a sense of your likes and dislikes. It sometimes takes a few homes for you to establish these parameters for yourself.

When you're ready to make an offer, an agent can assist you. A Seller’s Agent cannot suggest a lower price than what is listed, but they can tell you what comparable homes are selling for in the same neighborhood. An agent will act as an intermediary between you and the seller. If there are negotiations over price, closing dates, contingencies, appliances, draperies, special lighting fixtures or other items to be left or taken, the agent will he the diplomat.

Once your offer is accepted, you'll have a lot to do in a short period of time. An agent can often direct you to the best mortgage with the lowest interest rate.   They can refer you to inspection services, insurance carriers, tax and legal professionals, and can keep you on track and organized, so that you can focus more specifically on the years of pleasure you are about to derive from your choice.
