7. An attorney is usually
required to close title--to supervise your interests in the
transfer of the home from the seller to you. Legal counsel is very
important in this phase.
8. You have the right
to inspect the new home 24 hours before the closing. This final
inspection is your last chance to review the home before the deed
signing and transfer. Once it is signed, title passes to you.
